On October 2, 2003... at approximately 10:18pm... Brennen was delivered and a dad was born...

Yup! today is a tournament day for B!!! He has been obsessed recently with the Houston open... and now the Master's... a day in my life includes waking up to cartoons....no.... i mean the ambiance of the golf channel... and the site of golf balls and irons all over!

actually last night was the first night he admitted to being nervous and asked me to pray for him...he is entirely tooo cute!!! wish us luck.... btw... that is a video captured on my camera... sorry sooo amateur :)

i absolutely love the weather right now.... it has inspired me to take more pictures.... buy new perfume.... paint my toes fire engine red.... two-tone paint the kitchen.... decorate my patio... buy big flower corsages.... sleep with the windows open.... resurface old furniture and make it new again...

detail my car like no one's business... bake a jello cake.....test out new recipes.... blow bubbles... have picnics.... check out independent films from the public library.... go to the zoo... & eat kettle corn........ :) i hope spring inspires great things in your life!

yay! it's golf time....

today was the first day that i saw this kid's face look like it does on christmas morning... without christmas.... he was soooo stoked to go to the waste management open.... he was a true trooper and scored us comp tickets and kept up on each hole.....speed walking!!!.... it was one of those special moments to see somebody you love get to experience what they love most....

well for right now... this kid loves golf... it may be a love that may blow out like a flame or slowly flicker out... but in the mean time... i love cheering him on and picking out cute clothes for his tournaments... stay tuned.... i will keep eveyone posted on his progress this year... btw... i was sooo happy with how this picture turned out... i got the natural lighting just at the right time... and that's hard...

and President's Day was spent....

at the phoenix zoo... where on even a bad day... the animals look oh-so-cute!

These were some of our favorite animals (including Brennen).... when we got home we made an effort to list our "best" part of the day :)

After a relaxing day of watching animals in their man-made habitat and smelling the aromas of kettle corn.. we sat by the duck pond (I secretly wanted that moment to last forever) ... and sat.... it was great!
